Emotionally speaking, are you in good shape?
As a homeschool-mother, emotional health is important! We are asked
to wear "many different hats"...from teacher to counselor, nurse
to manager, and all else in between ~ and the rest of home, school,
and family life will run a lot more smoothly if we take steps to
make sure that we feel a sense of peace,
balance, joy, and
well-being inside.

So...how do we find time to nurture ourselves when we are so
busy nurturing everyone else?
The care of the emotional health of a homeschool-mother is not
only possible, it is CRUCIAL if we expect to be successful
in the education and raising of our children.
